Making realistic choir, or string pads in FL studio
SO many songs in a lot of genres use this magical instrument, thing is I don't want to raid the internet in search of the right sample, I want to learn how to make a cool choir/opera VST or audio sample, with something like Z3TA+, sytrus, or something.
It is awesome, you know you want it, so vote for it :D

Articles about mixing and mastering, but with theory.
Articles about the whole process of recording, mixing and mastering, but not focused on the software, but on the theory.

Sound-Design "Futuristic Engine"
I'd like to see more focus on sound-design. The focus right now is more on musical issues, which is very good!
But - for example - I have to do some foley sounds for a movie project and searching for a way to create a futuristic engine sound for a "tank with wheels".
It would be nice to have one or two tuts regarding foley design.

Realistic Speech Synthesis
First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this request. Speech synthesis is a technique used to recreate realistic voices using hardware and/or software. This technique is used in many songs such as "Dope Boys" by Lupe Fiasco, Wale and Kardinal Offishal. If you listen closely, you'll hear a voice at the beginning that says "This is a Greg Street exclusive." Now I've heard that same voice say different things on different songs, and I'm almost 100% positive that it's not a human, because what are the odds that different record companies use the same… more

Mastering/mixing principles specific to electronic dance music (EDM) styles.
House music, techno, minimal, tech-house, drum & bass, dubstep, breakbeat styles, etc. I want my kick to be big, front and center. I want it to pop through the bassline and the rest of the mix. I want my vocals and my pads/strings to work together instead of muddying each other up. Give me specific techniques. Tell me how to group-buss my elements in the mixer. Recommend specific effect plugins and give me downloadable presets (or exact settings, such as for a compressor) specific to this musical genre. EQ, compression, maximization, etc. Help me make my tracks sound as polished… more

Careful with beginner tuts
Soem beginner tutorials do not add anything to the software manual or plain forums. Tutorials are expected to add value to the information existing in the manuals... Basic setup tutorial are already available in all software manual. Now unless there is a dedicated section for "tuts for those who are too lazy to RTFM"

Refuse Tuts using presets
All tuning of synths should be explained, in order to be usable on any platform.
e.g. If I tell you take this analogue synth emulator and load preset 10, if you don't use that specific emulator thet tutorial is made useless.
If you explain use 2 oscillators in square waveform, detune the first one by 2% and the second one by -2%, filter the result by a -12dB filter, anyone can apply the tutorial to any software.13 votes -
Composing Music for Piano
For example a tutorial explaining simple Ostinato (= repeating pattern) and how to build upon it. Keyboard charts and bright examples would be appreciated.
..I gotta have it! :)

Making D&B samples the right way
if you go to places like liftedmusic.com or listen to mixes from dnbsets.de, and you listen to the pro music you know what samples I'm talking about.
Those sticky, grungy, one of a kind Drum and Bass percs. Using normal samples, hip hop samples, ect won't cut it.
It's not that hard to do it and you can do it in almost any studio. Question is, will audiotuts make a tutorial on how to make these sick samples?

How to Edit vocals in pro tools?
There are no pro tools tutorials? It would be great if there were pro tool tutorials on how to edit your vocals, what effects to put, how to compress etc. Every pro studio has pro tools and its one of the top programs out there but there aren't many tutorials about it. Id love it someone showed me how to make my vocals crisp in pro tools

Vocal Stuttering in Logic
I saw a tutorial on YouTube from SPLogicNinja on this but it was for a drum loop. I'd like to see it for vocals.
