Some of the themes over at Theme Forest have a custom Theme Options page where you can customize certain things like color, fonts and which categories to include in certain areas of your sites. I think as lot of designers out there would love to know how to do this, myself included.

Create a "Double opt-in" form
I would love to see how to code an opt-in form that sends an automatic email to the user with a link to that they use to verify their email address. Once they verify the link, they are able to access the "members only" portion of the website.
